Conflicting dates on ticket and police eport
The arrest date on my official ticket and police report are different-officer wrote wrong year on ticket. Is the ticket the official document or the
police report?

Hello,
I can well understand your hopes that an error on
the documents might invalidate the charges. But,
as you probably suspected, this error is not going
to do it.
"Proof" in Court depends upon whether the Court or
jury believes the facts as recounted by the cop.
You have made the same mistake before, putting the
wrong year down, right? Same here. It does not
necessarily follow that this error would convince
the trier of fact that the act did not happen.
