Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
re: consequences to first degree burglary
well this is regarding the consequences of first degree burglary.
well since the da took over i don't have to retain a lawyer now right?
what is the worst and what is the least punishment they will give her?
what are the chances that she will be incarcerated. since it is her first offense for a felony i have been hearing that they might just give her jail time on the weekends.
but also from i have been hearing is that it also depends on the amount she has stolen.. thank you for all your help

Re: re: consequences to first degree burglary
This is a serious case with maximum punishment of six years in prison. It is also a strike. You need a good attorney. Feel free to call me for a free consultation if you are looking to retain a lawyer in Southern California.
