Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was convicted of two charges of assualt and battery and one charge of conspiracy (of another Military Member) I was sentenced to six months confinement, but only serverd 5 because of good conduct. I also recieved a BCD and reduction of pay to E-1. I would like to know if my charges are felonies.

The UCMJ does not classify offenses into felonies or misdemeanors. A conviction by a special or general court martial may be considered by a felony. Have you discussed this with the JAG who defended you?
