Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i was convicted of felony transport/sell narc control substance
in 1984 i was convicted of a felony i didn't commit. i was walking down the street a guy was trying to pick me up. and cars were driving back and forth the guy that was trying to talk to me asked the guys in the car if they were the police and the guys in the car said what and then i said he said are you the police and the said no. I then started walking down the street and was arrested . I had no drugs on me I had a job at the time the gave me all of my money I had on me and put on my books they said i had marked money but i didnt so they couldnt take my paycheck money i had just cashed i didnt even know the guys name that i was arrested with and no matter who we told that we didnt now eachother no one believed us. How can i get this off of my record i already went to jail for someone i just happened to meet walking down the street. I had never been in trouble nor have i been sense then. This was one of the worst things in my life .
