Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was convicted in Miami for a misdemeanor but live in California. I got probation and community service which is now been finished and served in California.
Now my question is that Im trying to expunge my records of this and need to know if I can do all this through in California. I also need steps on how to do this, do I fill out a PC 1203.4?

You will have to comply with Florida law. You simply transferred your probation and obligations to California, but your case is a Florida case and their rules, laws and procedures would govern. Contact an attorney in the area where your case started to look into the process.
