Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
How do we get a copy of form 1381 and is it possible for a member of the family to fill this form up for an inmate?i live in the state of Nevada and the inmate is in California.

The form is readily available online or the inmate can hand write one using the same format. Every prison should have them available.
The inmate must make the request, not you.
