Certainly No. There is whistle blower protection everywhere
Mr. (or Ms.) Dash's response is too sweeping. Depending upon the facts, the answer to your question could be either yes or no. You haven't told us enough facts to give you a better answer than that.
If you have been charged with a crime and the statement is part of the prosecution's case against you, then there will be a point at which the prosecutor will have to give it to you if you ask for it properly. There may be some other situations in which you would be entitled to a copy. It is also possible that your employer will agree to give you a copy even though the law does not require them to.
Your best bet is to hire a lawyer who knows what she is doing. If you have been charged but cannot afford a lawyer, the court will appoint one for you at public expense.
Good luck/
