Re: Costs

It depends on whether you are facing a felony or misdemeanor, and on the actual charges.

Re: Costs

Thanks for your posting. Quoting costs without fully knowing the facts of the case is very difficult. Although you might be skeptical of attorneys that state "see me first" before they quote a price, it really helps to talk to the client about the arrest, the charges, witnesses, documents, potential areas of investigation, before quoting a price. And, for reasons having to do with procedure and the seriousness of the case, felonies normally are more than misdemeanors.

If you call me toll free at 1-877-568-2977, I can ask you some quick questions and quote you a price. You can also email me at [email protected] with the facts of your case and we can start that way. Thanks, and I look forward to helping you in any way that I can.

Re: Costs

It is very difficult to assess the "cost" of a case without knowing the nature of the case. For example, some cases are more expensive than others because of the need to hire experts and investigators to analyze the case.

Feel free to call the firm to discuss your case at the firm's 1-800 number, which is 1-800-458-1488.

Re: Costs

The costs vould be from a million dollars to a thousand dollars. It depends on the seriousness of the charge and the amount of work necessary to defend the case. If you have no money you're entitled to have the Public Defender represent you. Felonies cost one price and misdemeanors cost another. The reason poor people are convicted at a higher rate than wealthy people is the wealthy people have the money to fund an adequate defense. A private attorney can not afford to do $10,000.00 worth of work for $1,000.00. This is the economic reality of life.
