Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have been given a court appointed attorney for my case. I have not been able to get in touch with her. we have been to court a few times and things keep getting worse for me. When I have receved free advice from more than one lawyer that said it should have been dissmised. Why would she keep on going to court for me if she is not ready. I took it upon my self to drop off papers and letters for her to please call me. and no response.

Notify the court that appointed your attorney that she has not been responsive and is not working on your case and request that the court appoint another attorney to represent you. Don't wait until your court appearance because the court will think it is a delaying tactuc and deny it.
