Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Do i still need to go to court ?
It was said by the claire's retail store that there are no permanent records for my actions. but i recieved a civil penalty fine. if i pay off the fine do i still have to go to court or meet any extra charges?

If you received notice to go to court, you still must go. If you have not, pay off the fine and hope no charges will be filed.
