Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have a court date coming up and its for early staus conference, does that mean I will get arrested cause I never was arrested on this felony charge only arrained?

Your have not provided sufficient information to receive an answer. Your said that you had been arraign ed. If you have been at every court appearance then there would not be a bench warrant for your arrest. If there is a warrant for your arrest and the bailiff or the court becomes aware of the arrest warrant you will be arrested.
