Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I do not have a court date yet for petty theft but I have to travel for business in 2 weeks out side state and outside country after another 2 weeks. Is it possible? There was no police nor bail. Thanks!

I don't completely understand your question. If the police were not involved on the date of this incident, the odds are overwhelming that they won't be and there will be no prosecution in court. Could the store call the police later and make a report? Yes, but that is the exception rather than the rule.
If there are charges filed, an attorney can appear on your behalf. You may want to meet with a local defense attorney before you leave town so you're covered just in case.
