Court Disposition Paper
I need to either get a court disposition paper or something to disclose what happened in my felony case.

Re: Court Disposition Paper
You have to go to the Clerk's Office at the Courthouse where you were convicted. Asked for what is called a Court Docket which is computer printout with history of all proceedings in your case. It will include your plea, sentence and terms of your probation if any. A certified copy might cost you around $15.
