If the court doen't mention a charge on oyur arraignment does that mean it's dropped?

Yes, that is what it means. It would be a very rare case where the judge misread the complaint and the D.A. didn't catch him. If you have any doubt, stop off at the clerk's office and ask them to look up your case (keep the case number) and read you the charges on the complaint. Your lawyer also has a copy of the complaint. That is the authoritative document. It is not unusual for the D.A. to change the charges the police arrested you for, and if it is a felony, they could change again after the preliminary hearing, either in your favor or against you.
