Re: court order
I am not sure what exactly is going on under the facts as you have presented them. However, if the Interlocutory Ignition device punishment was suspended and you were placed on informal probation the court has the ability to either modify or revoke probation and change the structure of your probation or impose the original sentence. Under CVC 23600 the court may have the discretion to do this if you have violated any provision of the terms of your probation. The question becomes were you stopped for any other reason and were there any other charges involved that could give the court the ability to use CVC 23600. However if you were stopped for only not having the intoxicator device I would have to put in some research to know exactly what occurred. I also agree it is time for you to get an attorney. This sounds like it could be a mess and you need professional assistance to get through it without facing more penalties. If you do not know any attorneys or if you do not know anyone who can recommend one then I suggest you contact the local county bar association and ask for a referral to an attorney. Good luck
