court probation violation
i was caught stealing alcohol and had marijuana on me i got two years court probation and drug testing, two weeks ago i got caught with less than an ounce of weed on me and know i have to go back to court what can i except as my punishment?

If you are running around with any amount of marijuana, especially if you are on probation, get yourself a doctor's recommendation to become a qualified medical marijuana patient. The law does not require you to be seriously ill to get such a recommendation. A recommendation would have provided you with full bullet proof defense against any new case or effort to violate you on probation. Unfortunately, for the purposes of your current situation, you would have had to obtain your note prior to your arrest.
