can a person who has excepted an deal made by DA in a criminal

court case change there decision before there sentancing date due to the fact they did not really understand the offer

While withdrawing a plea is not an easy matter, if the defendant can provide good credible evidence or reason why he/she did not enter the plea in a knowing, intelligent or voluntary manner the judge should listen. Especially before sentencing. Talk to your lawyer.

Withdrawing a guilty plea is generally not easy. I changed my mind doesn't work. Actual mistake of a material fact could be grounds but proof of this is another matter. The person first needs to talk with the attorney to see what the actual issue is.
