Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

court transcripts, and writs

I went to court and got my court transcript, and the writ, for the same case, same day,and each one says the case was dismissed for a different reason! On the court writ, it mentions that a motion to suppress was granted. Then it ends with the statement that the case was dismissed because they didnt get my case into court on time. But, on the court transcript, it says that the motion to suppress was granted, and the case was dismissed. It says nothing at all about what is said on the writ!! Now I am being taken back to court, again, on this same case.! I need to know what exactly is the difference between the writ, and the transcript, and why are they not saying the same thing? What should I do? Thank you for your time!

The attorney you retain will be able to exploit the difference between the two documents.
