Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am trying to help my cousin, but want to know what I am dealing with first. He was a criminal charge of M(001) PC415(2). What does this mean or where can I find information on this?
thanks

It's a misdemeanor count of disturbing the peace. Penal Code section 415(2) says that "Any person who maliciously and willfully disturbs another person by loud and unreasonable noise" may be "punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 90 days, a fine of not more than four hundred dollars ($400), or both such imprisonment and fine."
