credible witness info for arson case
if someone has plead guilty to arson
and has been convicted can they be a
credible wittness. They are saying
someone told them to do it. In this
case its not true but thats whats being
said he is the only '' wittness '' the
prosecution has. How is he credible
and how do I get him dismissed

Even felons and habitual liars often tell the truth, and there is no way to have the witness deemed non-credible as a matter of law or to prevent him from testifying. The prior conviction can probably be used to attack the witness's credibility, but ultimately it will be up to the jury whether to believe what he says. They may deem him highly credible, not credible at all or anywhere in between.
