Credit Card Fraud
What is the minimum/ maximum sentence for someone who has been convicted of credit card fraud?

It depends upon how many acts of credit card fraud he committed and how much he took, as well as what sort of prior record he has. Someone who does this on a large scale could be sentenced to hundreds of years and would surely die in prison before becoming eligible for release.
