Is it a crime that my ex-husband got me pregnant twice, then divorced me because his ex-girlfriend is sterile?
My ex-husband came to the Philippines to look for a wife, and petitioned me here in 2008. Since the beginning of the relationship he has been having an affair with his ex-girlfriend over 15 years. We have two children. And got divorced in 2012. I suspect that they petitioned me and got me pregnant because his ex-girlfriend is sterile. He lives with his ex-girlfriend. We have 50/50 custody, but it is more like 80/20 because he determines when I see the kids because we don't have a determined schedule. Now he wants to file for child support. I feel like they made me come here to get free kids and then made me work to ask me for child support.

It's not a crime. But if he is asking for child support you should ask for a schedule.
