I am a registered nurse and my boyfriend has a criminal history with a 4 point clause (search him, the car, house, etc...) if Im with him and he gets pulled over and has drugs on him, or driving my car with drugs on him..can I be held liable too if Im clean and dont use drugs? Can my RN license get taken away by his actions?

Thanks.
Re: criminal boyfriend
Sure. They would bust you too. Why wouldn't they. Then you would get to hire a lawyer, make bail, and sweat your RN license. For what, a little nookie?
