Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i have a criminal case with other defendants who have been given a pretrial date but as for me i haven't been arraigned yet what can i do

At this point criminal charges have not been filed against you. If this was a misdemeanor offense the prosecutor will have up to a year to file charges. For most felonies they have up to 3 years.
