Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
In a criminal case where pending probation status was termed out,and no revocation of probation hearing had taken place. can that probation still be violated?,even though probation has ended/termed out!.

No, unless it was extended or tolled for some reason.

The court would have had to revoked your probation or done something to stop the clock (toll the probation period) before it expired. If it expired without anything having been done, it's over.
