criminal being deported after release

a exconvict who was deported after release got arrested for not wearing a seat belt and would not give up his name, they found out who he was what happens now?He is currently in county jail.

Best guess, 5-7.years in federal prison for illegal re-entry, re-deportation afterward, plus a fine for not wearing a seat belt.
