can I fire my attorney at the sentencing day? What are my rights to fire an attorney so that I could bring in a new attorney for a new trial?

Re: criminal
Firing your attorney at sentencing will not result in a new trial. You may be allowed to replace your current attorney with a new attorney at sentencing and get the court to give a continuance to investigate the possibility of a motion for a new trial.
