Criminal Grand Theft by PawnBroker

What do I need to do to legally document an item before it is pawned for court proof of fraudulant grand theft by pawnbroker whom has recently cut off 18k band and replaced with junk band? Sincerely Pam

any type of documentation that shows that you have title to the original band, as well as its market value, should do "the trick". then get the market value of the "switched band" to further prove your case and show your damages.
