my husband is in jail they got him with drugs and guns in my house and i didnt had no idea he had them but one time i saw something he had and that day the police can in to my house and serch i told them about it and know they want to use me as a witness and i dont want to be a witness what can i do?? is there anything to do??

When you are subpoenaed by the district attorney to testify against your husband, you must appear or you will be held in contempt. You should contact an attorney. There are other issues that may apply and you should really get a consultation.
