Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
criminal intent
I am acting as my own attorney in a misuse of a handicapped placard and am trying to show lack of criminal intent. Is Ths a legal approach? I did have a legal handicapped person in the vehicle but unknowingly use my wifes placard for him, who happens to be her father.
