What is Good Time in the California Jails and how does it work

You really don't want to know how Good Times are had in the jails.
As far as credits for Good Behavior, people in county jails can get time credits and work credits at the rate of 1/3 off. People in state prison can get up to 1/2 off. Sometimes the jails/prisons are overcrowded, so there is always the possibility of early release in addition to the time credits.
