my husband accepted a plea bargain after being coersed by his attorney. how can we get this case back into court

You need to file a motion to vacate plea/sentence.
If the plea was entered into recently, before sentencing or within 180 days of when probation was granted (if your husband was given probation, not state prison), then the motion should not be too difficult.
