criminal law-- pressing charges

if you are successful in obtaining a fraud judgment for over $30,000. with the courts and there was no defense. can you press fraud charges against this person?

Your question is not exactly clear. If you already obtained a judgment for fraud, you wouldn't need to press fraud charges.
