Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Criminal law question:I am unsure how law works since I'm new to united states and i have not talked a united states lawyer before but i will in a couple days , but can i have the Right to a Speedy Trial? for victim rights, how does that work in the united states?

Your question is vague. Yes, you have the right to a speedy trial. This is determined by the courts and you, and not you setting the dates. Yes, the victim has several rights, but I am unsure what rights you are referring to in this matter. How this works in the U.S. is a little more than can be answered in this forum.
