Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
criminal misdemeanor charge
I live in South San Francisco, CA., and I am supposed to appear in court for a criminal misdemeanor charge of causing property damage of less than $400.00. Violation CodE:PC594(B)(2)(A). This is my first offense and I am not sure what to do in court...please advise...thank you!

Re: criminal misdemeanor charge
First retain an attorney. If you are unable to retain an attorney prior to the first court date ask for a continuance to retain an attorney. Plead not guilty and waive time.
