On a criminal police report/ probable cause statement, can a police officer sign as both the arresting officer making the statement under penalty of perjury and as the supervising officer verify the validity of the above mentioned statement. . (Alameda County, California)

There is no legal requirement that the supervising attorney sign the report so the answer is yes
