criminal question

if u are out on o.r. then arrested. then i bail out of jail does that cancel my terms of o.r. ?

If you are talking about two separate cases, your second arrest in all likelihood will lead to revocation of OR and setting of bail on the first case. I do not believe it happens automatically - the judge has to find out about everything first.

You should be aware that special penalty enhancements - two years in state prison - apply if one commits additional crimes while released on OR or bail.
