Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
when looking up your criminal record on the website- if you click defendant info it lists your full name and dob and etc but what is the fbi # what does it represent and how come some have it and some dont

The FBI receives copies of all arrest and conviction records for their own database. Some case files just have not received the FBI number yet.
