Criminal records
I would like to check my criminal records

Re: Criminal records
Several ways you can do this that I am aware of.
You can contact the California Department of Justice in Sacramento and request your records there. It might cost you $25 or so. This will give you a single list of all of your convictions in California. If you had cases in other states, you would need to request your records from the Departments of Justice in those states.
I believe you can also make a request from the FBI but I am not sure what the exact procedure is.
Another option is to request individual records from the courts where you know you were convicted or had any criminal matters pending. This will give you a more detailed history and dispositions of all your cases.
