I received a subpoena unsigned by a judge, DA or county clerk in the mail. Do I have to repond to this supoena?

Probably, though I would have to see it to be sure. Who did sign it, if anyone? You may have been subpoenaed by the defense, in which case the signature of defense counsel would be enough.
