Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Hello there. The current wife of my ex husband who is going thru a very nasty divorce is calling my employer and telling them I am illegally working there, she is looking for revenge but I have never met her. I filed a police report and a to, but the hearing is on the 27th, how can I deal with these issue, please help

A restraining order is the way to go. That seems to be what the court will rule on later this month. In the meantime, if there is a temporary restraining order in place and your ex's new wife violates it, call the police again. The TRO will make them much more likely to take action.
