Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
DA knows not guilty
Boyfriends Attorney and the DA know he was not the one who started fight but the still pushed for him to take a deal.His Attorney did not talk to him until right before court. It was either take deal or take chances and that was 25 to life. Feel railroaded.Is there anything we can do. Attorney also knew he had a witness and he did not have him come to court. Said he needed a statement and never got one.
