want to know what the district attorney means in his offer of 3nr sp illegible 230 days in county 426 days of anger management

Frankly, beats me . . . but it sounds like 3 years of summary (unsupervised) probation and 230 days in county jail. 426 days of anger management does not sound right. Such amount of anger management is bound to make someone more angry.
