hi my name is daniel i was arrested a little over 2 year ago for smugglin people into the us but at that time i was under age and was only there for 6 hours then released but i dont know if i could seal that or if its already sealed since i was a minor

It is likely already sealed since you were a minor. If it was a felony, it is harder to seal the record, but it can still be done.

I respectfully disagree with Mr. Marman, because he is wrong. Juvenile records in California are not automatically sealed. If you want them sealed, you must file a petition to seal the records, and they will be destroyed when you turn 38, if you do not commit any other crimes. If you do not file a petition to seal, they will remain until the end of your life.
