Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
On this date i was pulled over by officer due to a possible drug transactioni served 2 months in county jail facing these charges however the d.a time expired and the 60 day case was dismissed, however i am on parole and was sent back to prison.i was then continued on parole with time serve.the parole board modyfied my charges to a simple possesssion and to attend n/a classes which i have completed...so what is it to most likely the outcome of this matter?

You are done. Continue on parole without further problems. Ask your PO if, as part of the violation, your parole was extended. If so, you have a new release date.
