Whether a given sexual encounter is legal has nothing to do with how the participants found one another. Such encounters are illegal if, for example, one or more participants is a child, is being paid for his/her involvement, is being forced to participate, etc. (There are other circumstances that can make a given sex act illegal; I have listed some examples but am not trying to be comprehensive.) Such encounters will not become legal merely because they were arranged online. Similarly, an otherwise legal encounter will not become illegal because it was arranged online.
