Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My daughter was arrested on these charges PC 530.5(A), PC 470 (D), & 3 Counts of PC 530.5 (C) (3) along with a co defendant she wasnt the one who made the purchase she was just in possession of the stolen identity's. Can these turn into federal charges?
