Daughter arrested for drugs

Tori 20 was stopped for a license plate light being out, unable to read reg. Told to get out of car arrested her searched car. police took pulse so hard left bruise on neck. She called saying she was in jail police said she had $6000 bail for narcotic possession. Went to bail her out, she was released. The charges forwarded to DA for evaulation. She is going to court in May 6, for 11550,11364 H+S. I do not know blood test result.

The policeman has been harrassing her for over 2 years following her or driving beside her and staring at her in his police car. He is the neighborhood patrol cop at night for past 3-4 years. He knows the car is my husbands they exchange greetings when passing each other, when he stopped her he said he thought she had stolen tags on car and no reg. This is the first time she has had any problems.never arrested before What is going on? Do we need help? Should we talk to arresting oficer? He will not return calls she was arrested 2 blocks from our home and never told us.

if your claims are correct and you are not getting the information that you need to properly prepare your daughter's defense on your own, you should probably retain an attorney as soon as possible for further legal assistance into this matter.

You should retain an attorney immediately. If as you indicate this officer is harassing her you need to take action to stop him.
