My daughter arrested penal code 243.6
On 4-26-07 my 16 yr old daughter was arrested at school. I was first notified by a call from my younger daughter calling me and asking me if her sister was at home, I replied why would she be she is at school. She replied you havent heard? I said heard what! She says the her schoolmates were comming to her saying that her sister was kicked out or sent to the office because she had got into an altercation with one of the teachers and that the teacher had kicked my her sister, so I told her that I was going to hang and call the school.
I waited a little bit trying to give the school a chance to call me and they did l little while after. The school assistant princpal called me saying the he was suspending my daughter for 5days and that my daughter and a friend had gotten into an altercation with a teacher and physicaly asalted the teacher. He then said that the school has the athority to take action against the student and that it is also a criminal matter and that the deputy was there and was arresting my daughter. I then asked to speak to the deputy. I asked the deputy what had happened and what was he arresting my daughter for. He said that my daughters friend had gotten in an altecation with a teacher and my daughter tried to.

You didn't really ask a question so it is hard to give you an answer. Please try again, focusing more on what allegedly happened and less on the conversations you subsequently had with others. And please tell us what you would like to know.
