Yes it's a possibility. If you're late one day or one hour, either way, a condition of probation (or other order of the Judge) has been blown. Get an attorney to unravel it & get a new surrender date. If it was missed by only one day and you had a good reason, the attorney may be able to reinstate the original terms, including the length of jail time. Good luck!
